Here we are once more headed to Africa! We are looking forward to seeing our friends there that we had to say good-bye to back in 2013. We are excited to see what the Lord has for us on this journey He has placed us on.
To go with this group of ladies to a place where the joy overflows and laughter fills your surrounding. To see the smiling faces and to feel the many hands hold yours. To hold the babies that are just handed to you. To see the sugar cane that lines the red soil roads. To see the trucks loading the sugar cane. To see the coffee beans lined out on tarps. To see the women carrying their loads on their heads and babies wrapped to the front of them. So many familiar images fill my thoughts. All the things I long to be apart of. I never knew that the calling for Emily would end up being mine too.
