We are going back to Africa!

Emily and I are so excited to announce that we are headed back to Africa!  We are so overwhelmed with excitement we can hardly contain ourselves!  We are looking forward to seeing familiar faces and meeting new ones.  Emily has been in contact with a local pastor there, Stephen Baidu since we returned in 2013.  Stephen took Emily in and loved her so well.  He even began introducing her as his daughter.  He had Emily pick out fabric, for him to have a dress made for her.  Such a generous heart.

Emily and I will be traveling July 7-22.  We will be staying with a local organization, Musana Community Development Organization.  You can read more about them and all that they do to come up under the locals to empower them to succeed.  www.musana.org  Beautiful way to break the chain of poverty.  They also sell their handcrafted jewelry on their site as well.  Check them out!  We will try to keep our blog updated as the internet over there will allow.  I know that you can check out the church mission blog at www.riversidearoundtheworld.blogspot.com   I know that the team will take turns posting on this site for sure.  

If you would please keep us in prayer that we remain submissive to the Holy Spirit as we take this journey.
